Born in London in 1970, Richard lives in East Sussex and is married with four grown up sons. He worked as a design consultant for over 15 years and in software development for more than a decade, then becoming involved in building renovation work, always with an interest in small business start-ups and independent ideas.

Richard enjoys running, walking and cycling in the countryside on the south downs near the coast and swimming in the sea when it’s not too cold. He enjoys a wide range of interests from art to food as well as motoring.
